Eilrada

My name is Eilrada Betkolia, founder and co-owner of Lamassu Homes & Landscape. I am a 3rd generation farmer and landscaper; I was born and raised in the field shown in the picture (below). My great-grandparents spent all their lives working on this field. My ultimate goal is to be half as hardworking, selfless, and giving as they were. I take a lot of pride in what I do, and to me, money comes after quality. As the founder of Lamassu Homes & Landscape, I make it my primary focus to create and build beautiful landscapes and homes while protecting the environment.

When I was only 14 years of age I started working for a landscaping company on my summer breaks. I found my passion; all I wanted to do was get better at my craft. I tried to learn as much as possible from landscaping companies that I worked for. My foundation was built then, while learning the basics of the trade from the very best. At the age of 19, I decided to start my own landscaping company. Initially, I started by providing landscaping maintenance and gardening services.

The rest has led me to where I am today; proud owner of a small, family-owned, landscaping and home building company who loves what he does and can't wait to please his clients. I've always had great love and respect for nature and the land that's been passed down to us by past generations. Noella

My name is Noelle Betkolia, CEO and co-owner of Lamassu Homes & Landscape. I am a 2nd generation landscaper; I was born and raised in a beautiful farm in Iran. My grandparents spent all their lives working there and taught me how to work hard, give generously with an open heart, and follow my intuition. As far back as I can remember, I have always had a love for architecture, design, art, color theory, and business. This love led me to peruse many creative outlets, I attended architecture school for a year, developed a successful career as a makeup artist, and launched my own business as an esthetician.

After marrying Eilrada, we went into business together and launched Lamassu Homes & Landscape. We make a perfect team to serve our clients needs, exceeding their very high expectations, time and time again. I bring my business know-how and design vision; and he brings his elite knowledge and wisdom of the industry. Together we bring understanding and effectiveness. We know what it is like to raise a family in the fast-paced Bay Area while remodeling your home and landscape to the exact vision you have in your mind.

As a husband and wife team (with 3 kids), we’ve done it for ourselves and countless others. We get it—it’s hard to get on the same page, figure out the right design, colors, and materials for your home and family. It is even harder to execute it all on the timeline and budget you have set for yourself. This is where we thrive. We are with you every step of the way to bring your dreams to reality and enjoy the process along the way.
